The staff are always friendly and helpful when checking out my order, which makes the experience even better. Right now, they're offering a great 3 for $12 special on select items, but even without it, the menu is both affordable and delicious. I can always count on this location to get my meal right. Even when I order through delivery, everything is packaged with care and arrives just as expected. We have eaten here several times and all have been positive experiences. My meal on Sunday at noon was the best I have had it pays to explore the menu. This was a lunch that I had never chose before. I chose the Club Wrap which was enjoyable enough to order again. As a side, I chose the Pasta Salad which was even better than anticipated. My wife and adult daughter chose well also. Our daughter had ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup several places and feels that this is more to her enjoyment than the other places she has tried. The service was awful. The people who work there are rude. You should identity the people there act like as a customer you are interrupting their day. Our order was wrong and then when that was brought to their attention, they were extremely rude. Don't waste your money. Jason's Deli is just up the street. This review is totally based on Newk's new pricing policy. As if the prices weren't already higher than most similar eateries, my experience today was shocking. My husband and I had our usual lunch order. My 'pick two' choice of a half turkey and avocado sandwich with a cup of soup and my husband's whole roast beef sandwich along with two regular sized drinks, the cost, including a 15% tip, was just under $43.00! I realize prices are going up but this is crazy. As much as I will miss eating here, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Came here for dinner in early October. There was a short line of customers ahead of us, so we had time to look at the big menu posted just inside the entrance. We got to the order counter and ordered our food. Tonight was R's treat, but I still kept track of what the employee was ringing up, including the prices. I noticed that the food items she entered into the register were each displaying about $2 more than the prices on the posted menu that we had just looked at, and I called her out on it. The employee said, "Well, we just raised our prices starting today." I told her, "Why didn't you guys put up a notice, or write down the updated prices on the big menu there?" She said, "Well, I'm sorry, but we didn't." I told her that it was wrong not to let customers know up front that prices had gone up, and that it was deceptive hoping that customers wouldn't notice the higher prices. We certainly understand that, with everything going on, raising prices may be necessary, but businesses should be transparent and clearly communicate to customers when prices are being increased. Not communicating to customers about high prices and hoping that they don't notice is an awful way to do business, and we walked out without completing the order process. read more

It's a national scale chain, so the food is ok if a little overpriced for what you're getting. On the other hand, it's very competent, they've never given me issues with my orders, the packaging for ubereats is good, and through ubereats you can occasionally find a solid deal. I might not order from them unless it's on a bit of a discount, but I've never been disappointed with my order here. read more

When the 3rd party delivery company dropped the ball and our food went AWOL. Chris Kelley, GM, came to the rescue and personally delivered our order to our office.
