My insurance company paid the claim and sent the payment to the urgent care center not knowing we had already paid it. They now have an additional $115 in their pocket and won't return my money for 45 days! The billing clerk at the urgent care center said that "according to policy refunds will take up to 45 days". This is not even a refund! It is an over payment that they will not return to me, and which they have no right keeping. I'm certain they would not be so patient if the tables were turned and they had to wait on my payment for 45 days! Very poor business practices and they were not at all apologetic or understanding, and did not even offer to make amends. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I think it's ridiculous the wait time for a referred neurologist appointment. I was referred to…read morethem in October and unfortunately they're next available appointment to see the neurologist isn't until April of next year. I feel by then it'd be too late. I've been suffering from phantosmia since August and it's awful. Can't eat anything as nothing tastes like food and I'm supposed to wait another 6 months. Healthcare system is so flawed but the time we actually get seen we'll get bad news. It's so sad. I don't think I can make it another 6 months, but I'll see what my next step is. I may just cancel the appointment and just pretend like nothing is wrong cause it seems [pointless waiting just to be told bad news. I guess I'd rather not know

All of this is new as of 4 months ago and I have never had any major health problems other than high blood pressure. I was at my wits end when I showed up today- I have extinguished all other avenues (3 ER visits, an ear/nose/throat doctor, 2 nurse practitioners, and 3 urgent care doctors). I thought I would FINALLY get answers but wasent too optimistic....and I was correct. The doctor didn't do a physical exam at all- nothing- none what so ever, which I thought was weird- I dunno.. maybe look for clues with vision, maybe do a feel test of sorts for my neuropathy, or look at my spine. He went IMMEDIATELY to talking about pills. An antidepressant even though I am not depressed and I have anxiety only because I can not find any answers. He didn't discuss any tests that could be done either. NOTHING. I feel like I have nowhere else to go and my symptoms were not taken seriously. Head pressure and pain so bad 2 days prior- I thought if it happens again i will either black out or die. Looks like thats where I am headed. Pun intended I guess.

They care about your well being and have a great support system when it comes to the hearing aids. I can walk in at anytime if I am having any issues with them which is comforting to know. Their services and care all around are great. I have also seen doctors on the 1st floor for issues with throat clearing and congestion, nasal drip issues and they have helped me get it under control. I have never had any issues or felt uncomfortable with any of their services. They are quick to respond and get you into the office to address the issues. Highly recommend all of their services.

I have had the worst experience dealing with Dr. Coley. I first went to him in 2018 to get…read moreimplants, he was great and helpful and nice up until the point he got my money and then everything changed. When I got my implants the first time, they were horrible, one hung low and one sat up in my chest and one was a lot bigger than the other. The size difference is something I discussed with him even before I ever got the implants. When I called a few months after surgery I was told I would HAVE to wait a year to let the implants settle in. I was so upset and hated the way my breast looked. Finally I got back in the office in 2019 to discuss fixing them. I again addressed the size difference and said that it was very noticeable. I even said "when my mom saw them, the size difference is the first thing she said about them." His response in a very rude and sarcastic way was "did you tell your mom to show you hers, I bet they're two different sizes too." I was appalled. Moving on from that comment we discussed how to fix them and that I wanted to size up since he wouldn't let me them larger first time. I was quoted $2000 to get them fixed. I did it because I was depressed about the first ones and just wanted them fixed. After the second surgery, the very next morning I could tell that they were wrong. They hung way too low, my nipple now faced downward and one was still noticeably larger than the other. I was devastated. I addressed it all the very next day. To no avail. Well the year wait came, and it was 2020, we all know how 2020 went. Then came 2021 and I went through many personal things and an emergency surgery and couldn't get back in the office, 2022 was a replay of 2021 with another emergency surgery. So finally 2023, I get back in his office. I drive an hour to get there, I speak with the nurse and tell her every single thing that is wrong, and that has been wrong since day one. She tells me she's going to go speak with him and he'll be right in. He comes in, is in there for a grand total of two minutes. Brushes all my concerns off, yet again, walks out and tells me he will get me a quote for a breast lift. I am then handed a quote for $8600. $8600 to fix his mess ups. After I have already given him that if not more for the first two. I have a long conversation with the girl who gave me the quote and with how upset I was. I was told she would talk to him and they would get back with me. It's been two weeks and I've heard nothing. So very long story short, I do not recommend Coley Cosmetics at all.
