In the settlement I received a rental house & my wife received the house we were living in. Catherine screwed up filing the paperwork with the county to remove my wife's name from the title on the rental house. When I discovered this (as I was trying to sell the house) she took no ownership of the issue, I spent dozens of hours trying to fix it & it is still not resolved. My realtor figured a way around it but she said she's never seen this happen before. That's saying something. Now, as I'm applying for a mortgage for a new house, I just discovered that Catherine never processed the paperwork to remove my name from the mortgage for the house my wife received. So I am now going to lose a house because she didn't do her job. I am beyond livid, amazed at the level of incompetence, and utter disregard for taking care of her clients, and unwillingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them.
