I had to lay on my horn several times to get him to pay attention to driving so he did not hit me and my children. He then proceeded to yell at me as he pulled into Wawa to park his ambulance. There was no emergency. He was an irresponsible driver that was driving with our even looking at the road. Make sure you never call this service. It's clearly a cut rate company with unskilled employees. When you company name is plastered all over a vehicle it's probably not the best idea to drive reckless and curse everyone out. Do not put a loved one in their vehicles. Something is not right

Patrick was initially very accommodating on short notice and informed me he would make the pickup 1 hour before the appointment. He never showed. After several calls, he finally said the company that he contracts with didn't have a vehicle available to pick to my mother up. This was 10 minutes before the appointment. He knew this was a stat MRI and then offered to make the trip the following day, which was not feasible. I had to pay the fee up front, $160.00, which was done by him sending me an invoice by e-mail and me paying it by credit card through his online payment system. I asked for an immediate refund and he said he would make same. To date, 4/9/21, and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls, which now go unanswered and unreturned, the refund has not been made. We are in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company and have filed a BBB complaint.

I've never had a surgical procedure so I'm not used to it. All the machines and being carted on a gurney... scary. Anyway, the staff is INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and really did their best to put me at ease. I have nothing but accolades for everyone here. Also, being under anasthesia and sedation, I had the BEST SLEEP in a long time. The facility is conveniently located near a pharmacy and is right off Broad. The parking lot was full when I arrived but there is still parking near a bank and the SSA building, all in the same lot.

My employer went bankrupt and I found out my health insurance was retroactively cancelled because the bills hadn't been paid. Despite the money coming out of my check to pay it, Blue Shield never got the money. So they took back their payments to everyone who had been paid for the past two months, including Wills and their anesthesiologists. Wills was perfectly within their rights to charge me market rates. But they adjusted off the Blue Shield discount anyway. So while Wills and I were both screwed by my ex-employer, I was treated as fairly as anyone could expect by their accounts receivable staff.
