Rented 2 commercial dehumidifiers. Ran them for 2 days. Notice that my regular Costco units were removing more water than the commercial units so I check the commercial units and the filters were extremely dirty. After I cleaned them the units worked great. Called newtown rental the next day to tell them. And they told me they clean their units everyday. BS. read more

I am so disappointed in Newtown Rental. I have rented from them before and am a return customer. I reserved a small tent and party rentals and had to cancel my event two weeks in advance due to an illness in the family. The manager, Tara would not help me in refunding a charge of $150 they put on my credit card. I asked her for her assistance since this was an unexpected cancelation and I gave two weeks notice. She had no sympathy due to the family emergency and would not help in giving my deposit back. I will not recommend them or ever use this company again. read more

I rented white chairs for a graduation party. When they were dropped off, I had asked if they were clean. I was told "Yes". It's a good thing that I looked at them the day before because 1/2 of them were dirty. I actually had to scrub a few of them before I would want my guests to sit on them. I wrote to them and asked for consideration for a small refund. No answer. I then called and I was told "well, they are rental chairs, no refund will be considered. I wasn't asking for much. A few dollars would be good faith on their part. My recommendation would be to check your "white chairs" before the driver pulls away so you can refuse them. read more
