I know that was B.S. They could have still installed the motem and phone switch but they did not. We spent up to ten hours total making calls being told that a tech would be out and no one showed. We called for the umpteenth time and were informed I could pick up the motem myself and install which I did. (Bet I get charged the set up fee anyway). When I made the bundling order, I asked specifically whether my stations that I currently had with them would change. I was told all would stay the same. No changes. Guess what, they discontinued some of our favorite stations.We've been on phone and getting passed around like you wouldn't believe. No satisfaction. I'm ready to quit them and we haven't even got started yet. The contacts give conflicting information and apologize. The agents aren't the problem. They only know what corporate tells them to know. The misinformation/lying by corporate. Before you agree to anything on the phone. Make them give you the agreement in writing before you commit.
