I don't frequently visit these crowded spots as I suffer from anxiety as silly as it may sounds to some it takes me a bit of nerve to do so. I got to the customer service desk and felt instantly comfortable after receiving a welcoming greeting from the attendant(Veronica). She was friendly and even had a few jokes. I was a few days over with the return but she was happy to make an exception. I proceeded to electronics to grab a replacement and the young man working, couldn't have been over 18 was a great help and chatted the entire walk up to the front of the store. I left Walmart feeling wholesome and satisfied. It's a harder job than people realize to work in customer service, especially this time of year. It really means a lot when these employees are able to keep such a positive attitude while being so helpful. I don't normally leave reviews, in fact, this is the first one I've ever written in my life, but it's certainly well deserved. A+ customer service!

Three times within the past few months I've bought fruit or vegetables that they didn't rotate and had gone off on the shelves. First time I bought some broccoli. When I opened the bag, the top bit seemed ok but underneath it was severely soft and slimy. Second time I bought a package of spinach. Around the outside of the packaging it was green and looked great, in the center it looked like it sat out for too long. Third time was a package of blood oranges. I looked them all over as best as I could before putting them into my cart, came home and one hidden in the center that was half rotten and moldy. I called customer service looking to speak to a manager, and they put me on hold. Then after about 4 minutes of waiting, they hung up on me! Seriously, don't shop there unless you absolutely have to. "Customer Service" is no longer Customer Service. Looking for help or assistance gets you no where.

So I waited for 30 minutes and no one came to help me by the outdoor propane case, honestly don't go here if you can avoid it, I'd sooner but my groceries next door at Walmart if there were no other options.

They proceeded to take all the stuff to the customer service and had us wait for an hour for them to check the cameras. We showed them the bank statements and everything. We did not steal anything and it was ridiculous for them to assume when a worker was talking to us the whole time we scanned and payed for everything. They checked the cameras and saw that my friend had put the receipt in the garbage crumpled up. They had us dig through the garbage to find it. In the process many others walked out without receipts and even the alarms going off without being checked or stopped by anyone. Do your jobs better. I downloaded yelp just to leave this comment because this experience was outrageous.

Mike and his team are professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help shopping from across the country a pleasant experience. I ordered a mini fridge for my university student and had to delay pickup twice but no one made me feel like it was a problem even though it was a very busy time of year for them. Mike was in touch with me several times to inform me of the status of my order, and his instructions made the pickup and check out very easy. All that with a smile and a friendly attitude. What a great welcome it was for us, thanks Mike!
