Originally they were scheduled for earlier in the day to photograph, but they needed to reschedule for later in the day. This was told to us on the day. That seemed fine, but between when they were supposed to originally arrive and when they actually did arrive, it began to rain. We called F8, asking to reschedule for the next day, so that we could get photographs of the front and backyard that didn't look soaked. The woman we spoke to was rude and kept repeating "we've got a business to run here", so we could not reschedule without paying $75. She assured us the photographs would be edited to look great. No surprise, the photographs do not look great. It looks like they just boosted the image saturation and replaced the cloudy sky with a blue sky. Ridiculous.

So I put my house on the market for sale a little over a month ago. To make a long story short, after 35 days on the market my wife and I understood that this was the worst time to sell a house (July2022) with this horrible administration and Fed that are just destroying the US economy with a special focus on destroying the Real Estate market for regular folks like us. We took the house off the market after 35 days and posted it for rent. I decided to use the photos from the for-sale listing and posted them online (FB and CL).Less than 24 hours later, I got a note on my FB listing from someone by the name Eli Quezada, EQ productions, Real Estate Photography, Drones Brentwood, CA 94513 (a person I never heard off or from to that point), here's the full unedited exchange: *****************************************************************************************************************Eli Hi Dominik, is this still available? I contacted SVP after our real estate agent said it would be 2+ weeks before his photographer could fit us in. SVP responded with in hours and was able to schedule for the next day. The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. (Yay for mad Photoshop skills!) Side note: our agent took his own not-awesome photos and posted on MLS. I'm attaching a comparison.
