I have proudly been able to call NGCC Andover my employment home for the past 20 years. It has been and continues to be an amazing place to work, teach, and collaborate with fellow teachers. I have learned so much as an early child educator from the teacher mentors I have met along the way. As an employee I feel supported by management and my coworkers. My 3yr son has been at the Andover location for a little over a month and has had the best experience. This transition was tough for him and myself as he had a horrible ending to his last daycare. I initially got a gut feeling when I toured which is why I chose it. I was overjoyed and pleasantly surprised with how consistently happy/friendly/caring the staff are day after day. I truly feel that my son is loved there everyday by all the teachers and management not just his primary teachers. And the management team appears flawless/kind and a pleasure to work with! Very nice facility with friendly caring staff. Debbie, one of the directors, has been so available to answer any of my questions and has been extremely accommodating about my abnormal schedule and daycare needs. The only reason I'm not going 5 stars on this review is because I wish the staff was better trained to introduce themselves to parents when caring for children outside their usual room (drop-off or pick-up when the numbers may be low and children are in one room with different teachers). I recognize some people by face but have no idea what their names are or where their usual classroom is. read more

We have been at NGCC Sudbury since 2010, and could not be happier. Both of my children have had excellent teachers with warm, caring attitudes. When my daughter entered elementary school, she was more than prepared! My son is in his final year, and is learning so much. I will truly miss the staff when he "graduates" from PreK. read more

My children have been at NGCC Andover since they were 4/5 months old. We were so nervous about sending them to daycare and we've been so happy with our decision to join NGCC. Both of our boys are thriving and we cannot believe how much they've learned and most importantly how many friends they have made. We have been lucky to work with amazing teachers and staff. I've always known we made the right choice, but I've never appreciated NGCC more than I have throughout the COVID pandemic. They've handled it very thoughtfully and professionally and communication with the families has been above and beyond. read more

So Far So Good !!!!!! Staff and teachers are friendly and attentive. If theres any issues at all through out the day The staff will call you asap to make sure you are notified of a problem or issue. The pricing is fair with meals and snacks included. When we first brought our son there we had to wait a few weeks and be patient with our son adapting to the newness and other issues that where delt with by management and my wife and I. If you have a problem or issue and call about it your problem will be delt with and tended to immediatly. When you walk in or leave the front desk is friendly and nice making sure your child is given a welcome or a good bye on a daily basis as-well as the parent. All the staff are professional. I had 3 other sons that are older that went to diffrent care centers over the years and I have to say the Next Generations in Andover is the best yet. If your a new parent with a first child going to this day care center or any for that matter just be patient from the start to work out any kinks you may be having. Its not easy leaving your loved one off in the morning but rest assured that in my opinion 6 months into it that your child is getting the love and attention they deserve by a "class act group of A-plus management and teachers. It is definitely important to know your child is being taken care of when you are at work or what ever reason your using Next Generations. I know from experience that my son is happy and doing well there by a excellent group !!!!! Thats why I gave them a 5 star rating !!!!! Hello friends, Please take a moment to read this ! This just happen with yana( our 3 years old daughter) on Friday May 12th! Yana is going to NGCC at Andover location since last 12 months. Last Friday on May 12th Yana fell off and hit her face and injured her upper lip including her front teeth ,around 9:40am. According to her teachers they did not know exactly what and how this happened? I went to pick her up at 5:05 pm. i saw yana had swollen upper lip with bloody sockets of her front three teeth with slight mobility. Being a dentist i can check and focus on teeth right away. When Yana saw me she started crying and complaining of her teeth are hurting. With all this happen no one contacted us. Teachers can not provide a written report. He said it probably got misplaced. I saw some remnants of blood was still present on the table where she fell on . Her teacher admits and said that he forgot to clean it and thanked me to draw his attention. I m still in shock! We will not send yana there from tomorrow but this day care failed to provide proper infection control and child safety protocols!! read more

Our twins (girl/boy, age 2.5 years) started attending the Andover location a few months ago. We did an EXTENSIVE search around the area, looking at places that were cheaper and more expensive than Next Generation. I can tell you, without a doubt, that NG is the best. Here is why: 1) Comparisons: Whenever I walked into any of the other daycares (within a 20 mile radius) - of which I looked at about 5 others, I sensed the kids were unhappy and trying to make the best of a bad situation. The rooms had grime, the grounds were minimal for playing, and the indoor play areas were small and over crowded. When I walked into NG, I immediately noticed three things that stood out. They place was clean, very clean...and come to find out they clean it every night with professional cleaners, including the toys. Second, the people were happy...not just the kids, but the teachers. Third, the grounds, both indoor and outdoor were by far the most spacious I had seen. There is an indoor play area for each age group, and it is large and nice...like a school gym almost. There are three major outdoor areas, one of which is semi-enclosed to allow playing when it is drizzling or raining. 2) Thoroughness: Like the other reviewers said, they call you when there is something wrong. They let you know a status report each day and let you know what is going on. They do laundry for you, they cook meals for your kids, they change the kids every 3 hours. It is very structured and a tight ship but at the same time that rigidness is masked by the friendliness they present so it is not like a rigid place when you interact. 3) Learning: My kids have learned a lot there; they have learned behavour, washing, brushing, some beginnings of the alphabet, etc. 4) Staff/Teacher Ratio: I ALWAYS see a higher staff/teacher ratio than the state requires. Always. When I drop my twins off, there is usually a 5:1 ratio. When I pick them up it is worst case 7:1. The state requires 9:1. Many times they have 2 major teachers plus 1 assistent. There always seems to be at least 2 and sometimes 3 teachers in the room whenever I show up. 5) The people: My twins attitude toward their teachers says it all. They run to, what I call "mama bear' because she reminds of that the way she treats them, and hugs them in the morning when I drop them off. There is clearly caring and love there. Now I am sure most daycares have that, otherwise the people that work in the industry would burn out in 6 months. Nonetheless, I can tell you that at some of the "snootier" places I looked at which were more expensive than NG, I noticed there was almost a lack of being down-to-earth. Many of the teachers here have degrees in early education I noticed too, yet none of them are unapproachable that I have seen. We just received a call from a facility we were wait listed on last year and they are cheaper per child and literally right next door to my work. Yet, paying more money, driving out of the way a bit, and not having my children be on-site with me at work are all worth it when I look at the overall experience they are getting at NG. read more

My son is in the infant program here and I never have any worries leaving him with his teachers. They are so kind and loving. The school also has this new communication app which has allowed for me (and other families) to receive photos and updates throughout the day!! read more
