Marianna is such a skilled teacher. Her verbal cues, all detailed, encouraging the correct posture, ensuring the class fully understands what part of the body each move will focus on. She dissects each motion so one is aware of how the move should be performed, where one will feel the movement from and the benefit of each movement. It really is a lesson in my own ability. Marianne takes time to review each students position, to make sure it is correct, whilst also ensuring each student is working within their personal bodily parameters, our ability and if she feels you can give more to the exercise , she encourages you to do so - no pressure at all. Marianne is diligent with her teaching to ensure each students posture, position, reach and techniques are correct. She wants you to get the best outcome for you and equips you with the knowledge to reach your Minds goal/ aim. As I progress in each class, I feel such joy when I reflect on where I started with Blaze Pilates and notice the difference I now see and feel in my body. At the end of each class, I felt taller, leaner, stronger, actually mentally sharp. So you see after being away for seven weeks... wow. My body truly needed to get back on board. Here's a Side note For you: If you are looking for a large gym class.... routine-based, no personal feedback, and no guidance on form, then this is not your place. Please just Join a club or a gym! However, if you are serious about your body, your health, you want structure, precision, and highly qualified, passionate Pilates teaching, Blaze Pilates should absolutely be your go-to Pilates studio. From the moment I walked in, the energy was high, the music was on point, and the staff made me feel welcomed and hyped instead of intimidated. Chanty is an incredible instructor super clear with her cues, motivating without being over the top, and really good at checking in and offering options whether you're new or more advanced. The mix of treadmill and floor work had my heart rate up the entire class, but the time flew by because the programming and playlist were so good. What really sealed the deal for me was the experience after class. The locker rooms and showers were spotless and perfectly equipped with everything I needed: towels, toiletries, hair products, dryers literally all the post-workout essentials so I could leave feeling refreshed and ready to go on with my day. If you're in the Aventura area and want a challenging, fun, and well-supported workout, I can't recommend Barry's Aventura enough. I'll definitely be back for more of Chanty's classes!

The only thing I don't like here is the parking situation, but I'm not sure how that can get fixed. I trust the program and I "trust the process" at this gym.
