I was overcharged, almost the max cost of a visit for a 5 minute Dr. Interaction because i was a new patient. I was told to call in and tell staff if the prescriptions for my obvious bronchitis didn't work.....4 days later and numerous hours later on hold, I am still sick. This place and customer service are a joke. The Dr was awesome, however following up on what she promised....ie antibiotics as opposed to kidney killing steroids, seems to be an impossibility. I have no words for this urgent care service. This is the second time I have attempted to use them and the second time I've been disappointed. Great service at the clinic, got me tested fairly quick for STD's. Although it did take a bit to get my results back, but that's more the fault of the third party labs they have to go through to get results back. I was treated promptly and any sort of minor mistake they made on their part when scheduling my treatment and time to go over my results was quickly corrected. read more

I went in Monday March 27th with severe ear pressure and pain. First I sat in the room for 45 minutes before I was seen. When the doctor came in she didn't introduce herself she just had me get on the table. She looked in my ear and noted the SEVERE inflammation I had. She told me to take 600mg of ibuprofen 3 times a day for 3 days and if it didn't get better to call her and she'd prescribe me something. Well the pain became unbearable today (Wednesday March 29) so I called and she said "well I told you to take Sudafed hot ibuprofen" wrong. After telling me to take ibuprofen she then had me recite the instructions to her to make sure I had them right. I went and got Sudafed and it didn't help at all so today I went to a different urgent care and the doctor looked in my ear and audibly gasped at how infected it is (I had already told her the story of my experience at NextCare). She said I have a SEVERELY infected ear and my other ear is beginning to get infected. She said she is absolutely appalled that a medical professional was willing to let me leave without prescribing me antibiotics when it's evident that my ears been infected for DAYS. I do not recommend ANYONE use NextCare because they obviously do not care about their patients. read more

Went in with an unusual rash on both heels and was told that it was due to bruising. Just to be sure, they drew blood to check for infection. On top of that, without consultation, they performed a deep ear cleaning, saying that it was so they could look at the ear drum. They went on to say that, due to the ear cleaning, I would most likely end up with an ear infection. To that end, they called in a prescription for ear drops that was going to cost $200. Decided against having that filled, with the advice of the pharmacist. Went home and put hydrocortizone cream on the rash, and that helped almost instantly. Totally incompetent physicians. read more

I set it up for 2:45 Now I would assume I would get in at around 250-255 ish. Nope waiting outside for an hour. My husband went in for an injury to be looked at and while the nurses were very considerate and professional the doctors behavior was appalling. She could be heard in the next room trash talking my husbands situation and was completely unprofessional the entire visit. People are coming in for help the least you can do is not be an ass. read more

As an update to my previous post, I called Qwest lab when they opened on Monday morning and they emailed me with my daughter's Covid results immediately. Also, I called Lonnie, the "patient liaison" on Sunday evening as recommended by the Next Care call center and left a message and never received a call back. I called a 2nd time on Wednesday and left a message for Lonnie again. Never heard back. This customer service, or lack-there-of is appalling, but seems par for the course with this company. This place is awful! I've had chest pains, horrible cough, fever and fatigue for 8 days. My doctors office wasn't open because it was Sunday, so I had to go to urgent care. The NP told me I had allergies. She gave me 2 Oz (4 doses) of cough syrup with 5mg of codeine. It did nothing. When I went to my regular doctor, turns out I have bacterial pneumonia and was told the normal prescription for the cough syrup with codeine is 30 - 60mg, not 5mg!! What a waste of money and time! I should have gone to a different urgent care. read more

Online check in was down. The nurse, Hannah, and PA, Kelli McKee, were chatting in the back for over 20 min while we waited. I made a comment it was taking a long time (they didn't have any other patients), and Blanca, the receptionist, told them we were waiting. Hannah eventually got us. Was calling around for prices on COVID testing. On my second call (the first time I was hung up on before I could speak) I was routed to a call center that said I can't get a COVID test without a doctor appointment and that would cost $250 - $300. I asked to speak to the clinic and was told that was not an option (and I was interrupted twice which is always a pet-peeve of mine). Wish I could give no stars. Had a doctor there treat me extremely inappropriately this evening. I feel horribly violated and am going to be filing a formal complaint in the morning. Went in for a UTI, got a sermon instead. The doctor literally said that men and women should be together to make babies and that there was "too much homo" in America. She told me that I had problems because I masturbate too much, and that it would cause my marriage to fall apart because I wouldn't want to please my husband anymore. I truly truly wish that I was making this up. I left crying because I have never been treated this way alone in a room with someone when I am in pain and in need of help. Made appointment with this company for my wife and all that they can tell her is she has a virus. Didn't know what kind of virus and could not talk to them in person had to go through a third-party and during sign out they failed to give her a work release and failed prescribe any medications for her cough even though she works for the elderly I'm not so sure if she can go back to work under the circumstances so I called to see if I can get a work-release mailed or emailed to us or faxed to her work and all they did was give me grief. read more

My son is in Colorado working and needed medical attention he whet into this nice looking facility and received no care. It cost him over 200 and some odd dollars, he paid and was sent away. No prescriptions no assistance, the provider did however diagnosed him with shingles and some sort of skin infection, but no anabiotic's were prescribed, he had very swollen lymph nodes and he had limited range of motion in his neck due to the pain and swelling in the lymph nodes. This can be a serious diagnosis,shingles swollen lymph nodes , and an infection, while being unable to turn his neck from the swelling and pain, my son is a healthy young man who knows nothing about medical field, this provider did provide a correct diagnosis but did not prescribe An antibiotic, antiviral or pain medication, anyone familiar with the shingles knows how painful they are. I called on behalf of my son requested an anabiotic and ask the provider to call me, no call no antibiotics, I sent my son back to the clinic for a reevaluation or consideration for an anabiotic. He was sent away and told if he needed anything additional he needed to go to the emergency room. He went to a second urgent care clinic down the road and received the same diagnosis he also received an antiviral an antibiotic and instructions for the pain , and for less than half the price. I am more than 3000 miles from my son and unable to help, I am very disappointed in the lack of care and lack of professionalism exhibited by the provider at this clinic. I would not recommend them to anyone. I currently work and have worked in the medical field for 30+ years. read more

First the lady at the desk was rude the entire time I was checking in. When I saw the Dr she barley looked me over, walked out, then got me on my way a few min later. I go to fill the Rx she gave me but was $140 which I cant afford. The pharmacy called to see if she would switch to something I can afford. She put me on the exact same medicine I have been on for almost 2 yrs. Why ask for my medication list if they are not going to pay attention to it? My insurance wouldnt cover it since I just filled my original rx a few days before. I even called your office crying to ask what I should do and still wouldnt do anything to help. My Dr is on vacation so the office said to try urgent care or the hospital. I did and I wish I didnt. It was a waste of my time, money, and insurance benefits. Its been 2 days since I went to your urgent care and Im still in the same postion I was in before I went. So now I have to deal with this issue all weekend with no help and just hope I can call my Drs office monday and see if any other Dr will see me and if not I dont know what else to do. They treated me as if I was making it up even though u can clearly see and feel the issue or that I didnt matter. I was just another patient to get in and out so they can get on with their day. All I wanted was some sort of help until I saw my Dr since she wont be back for a couple weeks. I felt like it didnt matter what happened to me because my issue isnt their's so it doesnt affect their lives.I really felt like no one cared. read more
