On the day of the wedding, while taking snaps after the ceremony, he dropped the camera. At that moment, my heart sank. He said it was fine and he showed up at the reception, so I figured maybe he really was being honest. I have contacted William no less than 4 times via email since our wedding day, which was now 13 weeks ago. He kept siting that it was "busy season." He promised me that we would have the photos in 6 weeks. He stated he mailed our flash drive a week ago today. I know snail mail is slow - but not so slow that it would take 7 days to mail a small package to someone in the same town as you. I gave him every chance to either refund my money or get our pictures to us. Neither have been done and so now, it's my turn. I intend pursue this matter legally. I tried to be the bigger person. I was more than patient. Do. Not. Hire.This. Crook.
