For this he was going to charge a flat fee. When I inquired about the report from David, he sent me a small paragraph in email, nothing professional or on letter head. When I asked for his report, I received a bill in the mail 4 days later for $75.00. This bill was for him to put his finding on letter head. Talk about a bait and switch.
