    The image taken of my dash at the time of delivery here in Milwaukee showing a collision was detected.

    I hired this company to ship my Mercedes from Rancho Mirage, CA to Milwaukee, WI in early March of this year, 2026. When the vehicle arrived, it had been already driven off the trailer and was left running. When I stepped into the vehicle to move it, the dash displayed an image that a collision had been detected. This was in mid-March of this year, prior to A/C season. I made a claim with Nexus and was told someone would be back in touch with me about the 'collision.' No one ever reached back out to me. Skip forward to a month ago when I wanted to use my air conditioning, it only blew warm air. When I took it to the dealership, I was told that the condensor had been damaged/punctured and needed replacing. I am now the proud owner of a new A/C condensor along with a refill of my freon. Luckily I found a reputable mechanic who replaced the condensor for less than the $4800 that the dealership quoted me. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a comany who will care for your vehicle and who cares enough about their customers to call you back about a claim, look elsewhere. Do not hire Nexus.

    Called Nexus last minute because other transport company tried to increase price last minute, and they picked up the vehicle within 48 hours and actually beat us to our cross country destination. Communication with driver for delivery logistics was fair and flexible. Great experience.

    This company is not what it looks like, I had a bad experience with them. I contacted this company after I found them on a list from Forbes.com, to ship a vehicle from Texas to Wisconsin. At first, they were very responsive, definitely trying to get my business, they gave me the initial price and told me that it was the standard 3 day window to pick up the car. After I requested a 1 day window, they added a premium of $350, which is what I expected. At the moment of scheduling, I didn't have the exact address they where going to pick up from, but I had the zip code, so I made sure this was not going to be a problem with them, they told me I could give them the address when they call to confirm the dispatch. I needed that 1 day window because I was planning for them to pick up the car and then I would go to the airport and head home to go back to work. Once I gave them my credit card number they basically ghosted me; they never charged me, but they needed the number to schedule the pick up. After that, I asked them for an update twice, which I expected without asking based on the service they had been providing so far; they did not respond or even give me an update of when the transport would show up, only message I received was after I texted them the address. On a Tuesday we arrived to Texas with the car, we waited (3) nights in a hotel for them to pick it up, once we got to Friday and I realized that they were not to be trusted, we decided that our only window for Plan B was that weekend, so we were lucky to find a U-Haul nearby that had a car hauler that we could rent along with a truck, and drive it to Wisconsin. That Friday they called me right before I was heading to the U-Haul place, to let me know they had a driver scheduled for Monday, for a price $300 higher than what we had agreed on, on top of the fact that they didn't meet the 1 day window service, so all I had to say to that was "cancel the dispatch, that is not what we agreed on". They canceled it, and we loaded the car and drove 28hrs. I don't believe the Forbes article is right after this experience.

I feel like Montway was a bit deceptive in the quote however. The initial quote was raised because the car was "modified", but in reality it had been stretched 1.5 ft in the front. This was not an issue for the transport, as the driver had a trailer that hauled 2-3 vehicles. Montway rep said on the phone that $200-$300 would be charged to my credit card and the rest would go to the driver, and I received an email stating that $1370 would be owed to the driver on delivery. In reality, Montway charged my card $499, and sent another email stating to only pay the driver $1,100, which I did, but it felt deceptive. I am guessing that Montway got a way better deal from the driver than they anticipated, and instead of passing some of that saving on to me, or explaining, they just charged my card double what the rep said they would and kept all of the profit. Also, the rep promised tracking, which never happened - we had to call the driver a couple of times to find out the delivery time, because he hit traffic (which I understand he cannot control) and got held up by a couple of hours. All in all, it is done, but Montway didn't leave the best impression overall as a transport broker. Grateful I had a better driver than some of these other reviews...

On Monday, June 15th, 2026, at 7:59AM PST time, I sent a cancellation request on my outlook email as specified exactly in there terms and condition as followed to the email of info@montway.com. Section 9: c. Cancellation of an Order by Customer must be submitted in writing via email sent to info@montway.com. Cancellations made via telephone, text, chat or any other medium will not be accepted by Montway. No one was dispatched yet when that email was sent that. I have uploaded the receipt of the email to this complaint On Wednesday. June 17th, 11:37AM PST, I received an email that a driver was dispatched even though my cancellation was well before that. I was told on call on Wednesday that I would be charged because someone was dispatched. Why was someone dispatched when I clearly cancelled the order well before that? As specified in their terms and condition: a. Customer may cancel an Order at any time at no cost or cancellation fees as long as the Order has not yet been accepted by a Carrier. They claimed on call they could not find the email record and claimed I will be charged the cancellation fee. I would be happy to work with Montway, the BBB, and outlook, to show proof of this email receipt that was was sent to their email at info@montway.com. I have provided them the receipt of the email record on the phone call and in chat and it was still not resolved. As of now this is also a filed complaint with the BBB and will be disputed with my bank if it comes to that. Edit: I see the reply below and you could message me at-least to find out my order. Why would I post the order number publicly? Edit 6/22/2026: In my BBB complaint reply by Montway, it was confirmed that I did indeed DID contact them before. I am getting my refund and will keep track of this. For everyone who has or will have this issue, please file a BBB complaint and attach Montway's terms of service in addition to your email as track record if you ever encounter this issue.

The vehicle arrived at its drop off location (JAX to MIA) at 01:10 on Tuesday 25 November. I have transported vehicles before and never has it been this easy and definitely not this quick. Bobby of V3AT was clear, definitive, flexible, and responsible. He called when he said he would call and his driver picked up within five mins of the scheduled pick up time and although the drop off was not as precise, getting the vehicle there in such a timely manner was priceless. I highly recommend this service and I will be using V3AT again for a return drop off. Concerning the pricing, it was more expensive - $450 for a JAX to MIA transport - than the other two places I called to compare pricing but it was worth it for our requirements: Paid 50% at reservation and 50% at drop off. I chose the shipping company based on reviews alone and the price being under $1,000 for my tank of an SUV was just a bonus. My first positive with this company is that unlike many of the more popular companies across the US, they are not just a broker and they actually hire and employ their own drivers, so they actually know the person who is delivering your car. This company also did such an amazing job with communication. Not only did they call and text me with updates but when I did call I mostly talked to the same person and they knew my info with just my name and number. Also, I gave them the contact of the agent at the dealership where they picked up from and they communicated beautifully with them as well. Lastly, my car arrived beyond earlier than expected and without a scratch on it! The car was picked up on Tuesday so I didn't expect it to arrive until the weekend or early the next week, but my car was dropped off early Friday morning and the driver called me himself when he was about 45 minutes away and called me again when he arrived to arrange the drop-off. Not to mention that I live in the inner city and the delivery driver unloaded the car like a true professio I can't recommend this company enough, thank you USA Auto Transport of Chicago!
