But when my daughter took the ACT again, her score dropped 4 points! Over the past several months, we've contacted them to discuss what went wrong and to recover the cost of tutoring, but they haven't responded. If you want your score to go up or be able to recoup your losses, consider other options.

After 20 minutes late, he text to say he was having difficulty finding my apartment in the complex. I let him know i would meet him outside, then I called to give him more specific directions. He never answered. He then text to say it wasn't "going to work out" and that he was canceling the session. I called again, thinking he wasn't being serious and he still did not answer. I've had many uber and delivery drivers and friends find my place without problems. Waste of my time and now too late to find another tutor. He may be a Ph.D. but seriously lacks common sense and courtesy.
