The front morning staffs were not bad at all but there was this night shift lady got a bit a snippy when you asked a few more questions on directions. The hotel itself is nice and clean but quite a few things you should know. There is no HOT WATER or COLD WATER provided. There is no refrigerator provided. Considering if not for a promotional price of $80+ per night regularly people would pay over $100 per night and it doesn't even come with water? and no fridge. Pretty inconvenient for us. It also can be a bit ghetto like if there is not this huge mall right next to it. Also, it's quite a few blocks of walk to the Metro station but once you are there it's like 8-9 stops to the Central area. There is this bridge you have to walk thru thou so if you plan to come back to the hotel really really late I wouldn't recommend this hotel for you. If later than 9:30-10 on weekends, it can be really quite in the streets esp when you have to cross back to the hotel in that long bridge. It's just not very safe if you are solo girl/woman as well. It's ok if you are in groups when you have company thou. Also, it's very possible to grab the trains and then the L9 straight to the airport just look for the sign L9 in this station and you are good to go. Only 4.50 or so it was a good deal if you have time on your hands and didn't want to grab a cab for 40-45 euros to the airport. read more
