They assured us they would load us up and meet us at our apartment. That was so helpful because we were then able to get settled into our apartment before they arrived.

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

Our only option was to move all her stuff into a storage unit and then move it again the next morning. We had help the first day, but no friends/family to help us the second (Thursday and Friday). I called a couple movers and Meadow's was the only one willing to work with us on this. It was such a relief to have a plan and they even talked me down on what I thought I was going to need - great customer service. The day of the move we were told that the apartment was indeed going to be ready so we no longer needed to go through the mess of moving things around and no longer needed the extra help, so we had to cancel. I'm sure they would have done a great job based on their excellent customer service!!

I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I recently used Gameday Moving Services. They damaged almost every piece of furniture, from…read morescratches & gouges, to cutting a leather couch (all the way across the front). They dropped and damaged a desk, and damaged flooring in several places. They claim to be insured. But, be aware, they have insurance to cover damage they cause inside the home BUT NO INSURANCE to cover damage to your furniture and belongings that occurs during the transit from one house to the other.. I received compensation for the damages that occurred inside my home BUT nothing for the furniture damaged during transit..
