It really is the best vegetarian food I've eaten in Stockholm, and probably the best veggie buffet anywhere, an an awesome environment among all the beautiful plants and flowers.
What made the difference was that everything was so tasty. Often vegetarian food can be boring or unseasoned in my view, people toss some veggies together and call it a dish. Not here! Everything here was just really tasty with clear yet and strong flavours, without overdoing the spices (which again, many vegetarian places overuse). There were something like five-six salads and cold dishes and four hot dishes, plus a lovely soup and some of the best bread I've eaten all year. The salads were all tasty and different, and among the hot dishes a gnocchi in tomato sauce was just the best gnocchi I've eaten forever.
Coffee was included. The cook must be really great, I wish this was a chain, because then I'd eat vegetarian only.
They have baked goods, cookies and cheesecake for sale as well, all looked really fresh and good but we didn't try it as we were stuffed!
