We paid cleaner to come to our place for three hours. Bathroom was still messy and had lots of limescale after she left. We ended up paying her for three hours ( as agreed with her company before she came) and just telling her to leave after two. I will never use this company again. read more

I have two dogs that shed a lot. I thought of purchasing a steam cleaner machine and clean on my own, but those can be quite pricey and honestly I don't have time for that. I came upon a steam cleaning offer on Facebook and thought I'd give it a try. Booking was a breeze as girl on the phone was polite and helpful. Two days later came the man with all the equipment. He wasn't so chatty, but I suppose he was just trying to do his job and talking to me would only distract him. Nevermind. He was done in 3 hours and we were able to step on the carpet after 4. The price I paid for 1 bedroom carpet and 2 medium area rugs was £98 and I got my hallway rug cleaned for free (this was part of their offer). I wasn't able to fully see the difference until next day, then I was really impressed - from the color to the texture - the original soft feeling of the rugs had returned, and most important - all per hair and odour gone! read more

Awful. Do not use this company. Floors in bathrooms left dirty, hob left with dust ontop, oven not clean at all despite paying extra for it to be professionally cleaned. What is even more annoying is that, after spending 40 minutes explaining the situation on the phone, they still refused to rectify the problem. Refused to refund any money and refused to send anyone round to fix things to a standard that I paid for. Poor quality, poor customer service. AVOID. read more

After getting so tired and bored of staring at my disgusting, discolored carpets, I started calling around for quotes from several carpet cleaning companies. Nice and clean London had the lowest prices and the most responsive and polite customer service. All that made me choose their help. The provided carpet cleaning service was quick and efficient. The cleaners did a great job disinfecting my carpets, upholstery and a few decorative rugs. There were no mercy for annoying stains, I was really impressed by the modern equipment too. Agree with Adam G's review. Absolutely awful , avoid. We used their end of tenancy service with 'guarantee' they would come back out if not found to be of acceptable standard. Inventory clerk said it was a poor cleaning job and when I called and emailed they said they had cleaned to the best of their ability and refused to honour their guarantee. I used this company to clean a pair of curtains. I paid £83 for them to dry clean the curtains as apparently getting them steam cleaned (a service they also offer) would damage the fabric. Once they had finished the curtains looked no cleaner that before they started. I can comment on what their steam cleaning is like but i wouldn't recomend the dry cleaning service as it does not remove any dirt or stains. read more

I am writing another review as last one didn't print I am utterly appalled with this company They were booked for an after party clean They were shown recycle bins I could tell they were not happy when they saw what they had to do and I assure you it was not bad and I have the pictures to prove it After they left all the black bin bags which I had to supply were left in the driveway Thank goodness my husband said that the bags had to be gone through to separate the recycling stuff We had hired an events company In the bag was metal cocktail stirrers , metal funnels ,brand new still in the plastic shot glasses brand new napkins and straws They had also thrown away t towels my wooden cheese block , knives from my knife block , a roulette wheel I could not communicate with them as their english was poor but common sense would surely prevail ?
