The maids, who do the home cleaning, did a minimal cleaning and took two cleaning products of mine. I asked owner for the bottles back, as I purchased the large refill 5 gallon tubs for both. Six weeks later, I still have not gotten the bottles back even though I repeatedly asked the owner Paul and he agreed to return them. UPDATE: I found the items today at my gate, and was so happy I photographed them. Paul corrected the glitch from one of his staffers, and went the extra mile to do so. Looks like they intend to go the distance and stay in business for many years to come, by exceeding customer expectations. read more

It's always nice when you can work directly with the owner of a business. Paul answered the phone when I called to schedule, and then he and his assistant Mitch came out to do the work. It's so much better than having some minimum wage employee who doesn't care if you ever call again come into your home. Paul and Mitch took a few minutes to confirm what I needed done, gave me a price and then went right to work. They were done in less than an hour and my carpet looks and smells soooo much better. My wife wanted to reseal our tile, but I was skeptical. She got in contact with Paul and his price was so reasonable we agreed to have him do the job. Good thing we did! He did the job much faster and far better than I imagined possible. He thoroughly cleaned our floors before applying the sealant. Now our tile sparkles and water beads up on it in tight circles, waiting to be wiped up. Paul is a nice guy who does a great job. Paul is a phenomenal cleaner! I was referred to nice and clean through by design flooring after getting wool carpet installed upstairs. Wool carpet has to be treated differently than regular carpet, so the wrong product can mean disaster. Literally the first night in our new home, our sweet fog puked all over the new carpet. Nice and Clean to the rescue! Paul came at six pm on a Friday to help us....wow! His prices are fair, and his work is impeccable. Since then, paul has come back for spot cleaning and did a great job leaning our hastins bed... I was hoping for a great experience given the reviews I read on YELP. Understandably, Paul had to reschedule our original estimate appointment because his wife was having a baby. No problem. I understand. I gladly rescheduled. To my surprise, he did not show up to do the estimate, two other people did. I was surprised, but the estimate seemed reasonable so I scheduled the job. I contacted Paul to schedule. He was unavailable the day that I initially requested saying he would be at his in-laws that day, but said he was available the following day so we scheduled for that day. I originally had asked that Paul come at 8:00. I was told that they would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30. I asked how long the service would take and I was told 3 to 4 hours. On the day of service, I texted Paul and asked for a text when he was within 10 minutes of my house. The response I got was that they would be there closer to 9:00 as they "had to go to the store and get gas". I text back indicating that I had a 2:00 doctor's appointment that day. To my surprise, around 9:00 someone other than Paul showed up. I found out later that this was one of the two people who had done the estimate (now minus a beard, hence me not recognizing him), but it would have been nice to have been informed about who was showing up especially since my understanding (per the Yelp reviews) was that Paul was going to do the cleaning and given Paul's good Yelp reviews, I was excited to have him do the cleaning. The job was not complete until around 3:30 that afternoon. At one point, when I asked about how much longer things were going to take (I had a doctor's appointment scheduled at 2:00) the person doing the job, Mitch, indicated they were waiting for sealant to arrive as Paul had dropped off supplies but had forgotten to drop off the sealant. The day became more and more stressful as it went on as I had to reschedule a doctor's appointment and juggle a couple of other things I had planned for that day in anticipation of out of town guests arriving. In addition, I found a few grout spots that were not filled in. While the tile and carpet were cleaned, I guess I had hoped for a much more professional experience and a thorough grout repair. read more

I called several carpet cleaners a couple weeks before Christmas and either they were too busy, too expensive or just didn't return my call.
