This place has only been in business for 3 months, as of 1.29.2026. Many changes need to be made. They have a very limited menu. There is only a kiosk to place your order. Their drinks are in cans, and not accurate on the menu. No cash payments. Very minimal communication with any staff. The seating areas are unimpressive. Nothing on the tables except a large, almost empty bottle of ketchup. Even though we ordered combo meals, we had to remind them to bring our drinks. We went in shortly after they opened and we've picked up a few orders since then. The food has been good every time. The burgers and fries have been consistent and we've been fine with the canned sodas. So about the burgers...I feel like they're kind of a combination of smash burger and a traditional burger. Whatever you'd classify it as, our burgers have always been delicious, and we've had the regular cheeseburger and the single and double Michelin burgers. One thing I'd recommend is to just do away with the lettuce and make it something people can add if they want to. Service has been fine every time we've been, but the one thing I'd love to see improve is the ambiance and to make the place more inviting. I understand it's been "early" in the Riverside location's existence, and while the food has been on point, the ambiance really needs some work. There's a ton of untapped potential with the location and the existing bar that was there. I'd love to see the inside cleaned up, made to feel like a burger joint, and become a place where I'd feel comfortable eating in. The longer that takes, I think the more detrimental it is to the success of the business. But...I'm happy this location is here, happy it's pretty close to my house, and love the burgers. read more

It looks like the place just opened, converted from a previous restaurant and they wanted to start working quickly because its all old dingy furniture, tacky wall color and dirty table/counter tops. The guy we spoke to seemed nice enough, but that doesn't make up for bland, sad looking food. Also, they just put your to-go order in a plastic bag, fries and all so they all just fall out in the bag. We decided to try this place after seeing them on social media. We walked in to what appeared to be an empty restaurant with a bunch of dirty (both because they were old and nasty and also more recent food/crumbs) tables. A counter with barstools and self serve kiosk, and a sign that said "no cash accepted". No employees could be seen anywhere. My first thought was it was a place primarily to order through food delivery apps. Customer service and a clean attractive dining room were obviously not top priority. We order on the only kiosk they have (this would make for a slow line if multiple parties came at the same time). We ordered a Michelin burger combo with grilled onion, a classic burger combo, and a hot dog. The drinks are canned. I would have skipped the drink and had water, but no sign of anything but tap water and no sign of any cups. The canned soda options were coke and Pepsi products and 7up as well. We chose 7-up and Diet Coke. The difference between the Michelin and classic burger is "nice guy sauce" on the Michelin and mayo on the classic. Both had cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion. We sat at the least dirty table we could find. When our food came out, they asked up what drinks we wanted. They didn't have 7-up and didn't say they did t have Diet Coke and gave us Diet Pepsi (ew!). When the guy gave us choices instead of 7-up he mentioned things that were not listed on the kiosk. I chose Sunkist. He brought a warm one to me. The burgers are smash burgers. I had to poke around to find the lettuce, tomato and onion. Burger was suuuuuper thin. It was cold. I can't even tell you what the meat patty tasted like. It was so thin. There wasn't enough onion to know if it was grilled or not. The bun was black in the bottom with char. The fries were not cold not hot and mid overall. The ketchup squeeze bottle was dirty so I didn't touch it. The hot dog was "not as good as Costco". When the worker came out to ask us how everything was, we reluctantly said "ok". The worker said, "great, can you leave us a review on Yelp!". So here I am. I wished he would have asked "why just ok? What could we have done better? How can we make it better for next time?" It's sad to see the restaurant respond to all the negative reviews on here in the manner they are. I am leaving a 1 star review because by entering this establishment with my family, it seemed that we were bothering the front personnel. They were not friendly. It made us feel unwelcome. Also, we are not a fan of ordering on a computer. It is obvious they don't want to deal with costumers. We ordered specific drinks and when they provided the order, they said they didn't have the drink we requested; even though, there was a case of the drink on the floor. The chicken sandwich had no flavor and my husband's burger was burnt. There was nothing "nice," about this place. Most businesses in Riverside make you feel at home and welcomed. Tried this place after seeing a video on TikTok and the hype is warranted. They are located in an old bar and they might need to do a little work on the place but the food is amazing I went with a simple plain cheeseburger with fries and a drink and it was delicious. Fries were crispy and lightly seasoned. The burger is smashed with crispy edges and was cooked to perfection. The bun was soft and fresh and had a wonderful taste to it. 10/10 you should get here and try it read more
