The owner whose name is Paul arrived on time and was alone. He surveyed the three rugs, asked a few questions about the rugs cleaning history, then went right to work. Never did he rush and actually it was quite the opposite. He would often go back over areas that he himself wasn't satisfied with yet I thought were just perfect. We did opt for the deodorizer so not sure how that will work out in the near future but he did a great job. I used a bad carpet cleaning company before Kapplan Cleaning because the price was the cheapest , it had 1 bad review and some 5 star reviews and I thought it wouldn't happen to me, right ? I was wrong, it didn't do a good job. I then used Kapllan cleaning for my carpet after the tenant moved out and I just found out that it made a difference which companies you use for carpet cleaning . Paul did a great job making the carpet look new again. He's honest and would go extra miles to your satisfaction.He did an excellent job on both of my investment properties and I also recommended him to my realtor. My realtor was very happy with his service. His price isn't as low as the one who ruined my carpet but it's worth paying extra dollars to get rid of headache.
