I asked them to remove all rust and only paint that bottom corner (not paint the entire door). The incompetent estimator advised he could do what I asked and blend in the paint so it would be really hard to tell. He quoted me $200 per door. I agreed and they scheduled the work for almost two weeks later because they are SOOOO busy. Today the work was done so I went to pick it up. They taped off the area and it looks like they just covered it with a thick rubber paint like a Rhino coating. Ok not what I expected and certainly NOT BLENDED IN like he quoted but ok I will live with it. Then I opened the door and found THEY DID NOTHING WITH THE RUST ON THE INSIDE EDGE OF THE DOOR. When I confronted them he told me that it was because I told him I didn't want the entire door painted. WTF?!!! NO I didn't want the entire door painted. Just the corner rust removed and painted. He tried to tell me that I specifically told him not to fix the rust on the inside. WTF AGAIN!!!! That is what/why I specifically went there!! Then he said he told me, at the time of the estimate, the job would be $1,000 to fix all the rust and that I didn't want to pay that cost so I settled for the lesser awful job they did at $400. He NEVER said ANY other price during the original estimate other than the $400. Where he came up with that BS story about $1,000 I have no idea. I told him what I wanted, he knew what I wanted, he quoted me what I wanted, and then their people did an awful job and now he doesn't want to deal with it cause they are so busy. I guess they are busy enough that they don't care about their customers now. This place has NO CUSTOMER IN THEIR SERVICE. I won't ever go back there and will be taking every opportunity to advise others about what happened to me.
