When my husband rang the shop to say that he was disappoint with them, he was told that was the price. They missed the point. He was happy to pay that amount, but expected to have more flowers. He was told he could bring them back and have a refund. He wasn't going to take them off me and return them! There wasn't even an offer to return the delivery charge or maybe a reduction on any flowers bought in the future.
