From the moment we arrived, Regina was attentive and promptly acknowledged each customer who approached the counter. I had specifically requested to speak with Lee, who had previously assisted me with questions regarding my eyeglasses prescription. Regina informed me that he would be available in approximately half an hour, so we continued shopping and returned shortly after his arrival. Upon our return, Lee was assisting another customer. Regina immediately recognized us, remembered that we had been waiting to speak with him, and informed Lee that we had already been waiting for some time. She then graciously continued assisting Lee's customer so that he could help us without further delay. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that we received the assistance we needed was truly commendable. Regina demonstrated exceptional teamwork and genuine care for Costco members, making our experience an exceptionally positive one. Costco is fortunate to have an employee who consistently delivers such outstanding customer service.

But I have specifically spoken with Andrea one of the Pharmacists and I know I've spoken with a few others. A huge kudos to them and their staff. They have gone above and beyond several times for me. I am only one client. I am sure that they do this across the board for all of their clients which are probably in the thousands. The customer service experience at the pharmacy is unparalleled and outstanding. They have relentlessly contacted my physician in another state while I am tdy & dealing with medical issues with my parents for an indeterminate amount of time. They have made numerous phone calls about numerous issues and always, always followed up with me. Even when my cell phone provider, it inadvertently blocked all Costco's across the United States from being able to call or leave voicemail messages or text. They were still consistent and diligent, in going above and beyond on the behalf of myself. I cannot speak highly enough the pharmacy staff. For the rest of this costco... well it's typical costco.

I believe the key to its success lies in its former manager, Brian, who had a great team and exceptional customer service skills. Although the car wash has changed ownership over the years, I'm hopeful that it can regain its family-run charm. While my recent experiences have been somewhat disappointing, with no one available to dry my car, I appreciate the attention to detail in the pre-spray and scrubbing process. With a renewed focus on customer service and teamwork, I'm confident this car wash can reclaim its former glory and become a beloved community car wash once again.
