This towing company was used during my time of need via my Auto Insurance company Geico. This towing company was pretty reliable and very punctual with their estimated time of arrival, they told me 60 minutes, and the tech showed up 20 minutes in actual time. He was very courteous, professional, and fast. Even though he only had some antiquated tools to work with, the job was completed. I locked my keys in my truck, and he had no slim Jim, he used 4 blow up bladders to wedge the door, so that he could stick a pick stick in between the door and the door frame, to pick the door lock lever in the un lock position and open the door. At first they gave Me a time and they had to change it because the person they were originally sending was under qualified " to replace a battery." if they don't have qualified people how are they performing their job? I unfortunately was having issues with my car and couldn't drive it to my destination. Had to ask for a ride to work and do everything from here i was extremely nervous and stressed. Having Geico they pretty much chose the towing company for me. Fortunately for me i wouldn't have asked for a better one. As soon as i put in my request Nick and Sons reached out via text to verify my information and keep me updated every step of the way. It felt so good to have that communication because i couldn't take off work to be there and wait or make sure they were even coming ( some towing companies flake!) This is the shadiest tow company I have ever dealt with. I was originally quoted at $110 for my tow, as the tow driver made his way too me he then quoted me $170 and requested cash only. Now I asked why and he said the van needed a flatbed instead of the smaller tow. And I said well that's not my fault you didn't look to see what kind of vehicle I have when I gave them the description at the original quote. I asked why cash only when the company takes card. He then told me they get charged 4% when they use a charge card. And I said that's the price of business, I shouldn't have to hire an Uber to get me to an ATM and get cash on account of the flipping 4% charge you get! What a joke! I then canceled because I felt they were being shady with me. However they are the best deal in town so I again tried to get a tow the following day only to have them quote me at $220! They lied about the reasons for this up charge. I just can't belie these people are in business. Shadiest tow in town. read more

Excellent easy and polite. I'm fed up getting nails in my tyre and last night mine went with a bang. I called Geico who called these guys and was dispatched someone immediately, unfortunately I had to get to work and after an hour I had to cancel him, they were polite and it wasn't a problem even though they were on their way. I just called at 3.33pm and I had someone there within 25 mins. He was there when my Uber pulled up with my car jacked up waiting for the spare. Great, fast, lovely service. read more
