The coverage has been fantastic, but even more impressive is the service. The office staff is really quick to reply and have always been very knowledgeable. Gregg gave me his personal cell phone number years ago, and said to reach out to him if we ever need anything. And he means it! We had an issue over the weekend and he worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of & went way above and beyond what we would expect. This has truly been a breath of fresh air in a time when it seems great customer service is a thing of the past. My parents have been loyal customers for decades, and I can understand why!
