Doug was one of three lenders we approached about getting a loan. We decided to go with a different…read morelender, and it wasn't until that time that we were made aware that he had performed a credit check without our knowledge. We were asked by our lender to provide a letter from Doug to state that we did not have a loan contract with him. He was rude not only to us, but also our loan advisor, and he refused to write the letter. "I guess next time you should just get the loan from me" was his response. He's not a very professional person.

We were out of state and relocating because of a job (Mayo Clinic, big surprise!). We were looking for specific types of loans that would be good for our financial situation and family. We also had a home we were trying to sell and of course the loan would have to be contingent on the sale of our house. It was our first time selling a house and at the same time having the new home be contingent on the sale of the old house. We had to manage this very stressful endeavor all while being out of state which was very stressful and having to deal with very hectic schedules. Andy was amazing to work with from start to finish! He offered us very reasonable rates and spent the time talking us through ALL the paperwork. My husband is very thorough and loves to read every detail and while this frustrates me, Andy never seemed bothered :-) He was very patient with us and very understanding of our situation and our extremely tight deadlines. At the end he made everything happen on time and without any flaws. Everything that was stated happened and on time, no hidden anything! It's critical to deal with somebody like Kurt and TCL when purchasing a home. Kurt took the stress out of the deal and performed a fast moving deal us with ease. Our home purchase was not typical as we bought a home that was purchased by the government previously and Kurt demonstrated his expertise in making sure the transaction was successful and on time.
