After fighting for the last 3-4 months over billing and coverage, we have left. If there is one thing that I do not like it is to be called a liar and this is exactly what this office has done to me. When you as a customer add a vehicle on to your plan and tell the agent EXACTLY what coverage you want and then they decide to take it upon themselves to do what they want and screw up your whole plan, it's time for a change. A complaint was filed, I was the liar and I KNOW what I wanted yet they did what they wanted. I'm not saying do not use them, just be aware that they may do this to you as well. I am out a lot of funds because of their screw up. Oh and thank goodness my son was never in an accident or got a ticket because HE NEVER HAD INSURANCE DUE TO THEIR CHANGING TO POLICY WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!
