Claimed they know certain people of our family when none of us knew them at all. When asked to have an earlier memorial before graveside service they flat refused that too. Our reason for that request is because it was cold and our family had sick and elderly and kids that couldn't be there unless it could be inside stable temperature. I had looked at their calendar and they had nothing scheduled during that time, they claimed they were cleaning carpets. So your carpets are more important than paying clients??? Most of the people that showed up to it which was cut in numbers by half, said this was the worst funeral they'd ever been too, thanks but no thanks, Holland and Bonine for your outstanding services and support!
