I have been a client of Nicholas for over two years, but no more! I knew that he was political and he didn't mind speaking about it. That's fine, I always held my tongue and just nodded, thinking about other things as he spoke. I thought it a bit strange to do, because I was always of the impression that you did not speak of religion or politics in public especially to clients. So I put up with it, because he's so good at his craft, but I cannot tolerate being harassed, and lectured while being trapped in a chair with a frothing man holding scissors near my face! Today as I sat in his chair I could tell that the recent election had a profound impact on his disposition. But as I held my tongue, I felt imprisoned, while he spewed misinformation and lies. I finally spoke out and defended my sex, my affiliation, and my patriotism. And the more calmly and quietly I shot down his inaccuracies, the more agitated he became. I finally asked if I was done and he ripped off my cape and stomped to the register so I could pay. What a horrible experience. I was shaking driving home. A hair cut is supposed to be relaxing and fun, not stressful and harrowing. I will never go back and I would recommend anyone else to steer clear of this nutcase. read more

I asked for just a trim and color. I said I didn't want foils. Next thing I was told they were just putting a few fouls around my face. It turned into a whole head of foils and I was charged $245. They did what they wanted not what I asked for and crazy money! I will never go back! read more

This salon is immaculate and follows all safety protocol for covid-19. Nicolas is a genius in his field and provides a warm, professional atmosphere in his salon. I am very particular about my hair color and style and he is the best! All of his stylists are highly trained as well. I can't imagine anyone else working on my hair! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Barbara did NOT listen to what I said I wanted in terms of cut. I now have a terrible hair cut and can't wait for it to grow back. Don't go here if you want a good short haircut or if you want someone to actually listen to you!! read more

Note: I cannot comment on the quality of their work, only their service. When I stepped into Nicolas & Co for the first time, I had high hopes. The place was modern, clean, professional looking and busy. I was excited! As I walked through the doors there was no one was at the counter to help me. I looked for a waiting list to fill out. There wasn't one, so I sat myself in a comfortable chair. It's a good thing the chair was comfortable because I spent the next 50 minutes there. While seated I made eye contact with several workers. No one said hi. No one asked if I needed helped. They basically acted like I wasn't even there. Two customers came in after me and were promptly seated. I'll assume they had appointments to keep this review civil. After nearly an hour I was completely fed up! I asked how much longer it would be. The gentleman behind the counter identified himself as the owner and said something to the effect of, "Oh, I could have cut your hair earlier but I didn't know you needed your hair cut. But now I have an appointment coming up" Why do you think I'm in your salon? To take in the sights? Of course I want my hair cut! 1 star out of 5. Never going back. Worst salon service I've had in my entire life. read more

The salon owner, Nicolas, is a nice guy and does amazing haircut. However, they when it comes to hair color - be aware. Firstly, it is very pricy, secondly, if something goes wrong with the color- you will have to pay for rework or they are going to blame on your hair. read more

Came here for some color and a pedicure. Everyone here is so nice and warm, loved the atmosphere! Barbara did an amazing job on my hair and Annette gave me a great pedicure. Using only the best products, this salon certainly made the list. read more

Barbara is the best hair stylist! My son got his haircut twice from barbara! She did a fantastic job! We will definitely be coming back to her everytime we come to palm beach!
