Tiffany Brock Photography has made my 2020 graduation experience one I will never forget…read more Considering the circumstances surrounding our interactions (Covid-19), my graduation ceremony was postponed, but Tiffany still managed to make it special for me. For one, she was easy to work with and to schedule. She is easy to communicate with, efficient and prompt, it took less than a few emails between us to set a schedule. Payment was one issue for me that I was able to work with and I am glad that she chose such a payment method as it a common way to pay these days, so she ended up helping me stay up-to-date. I was reluctant at first, since this was my first time hiring someone to do a service for me who I have never met, but made me feel comfortable and gained my trust through her credible website and work. Come the day of my photo shoot, Tiffany was ready and on time with her assistant, who she did let me know she would be bringing, so there were no surprises. The photo shoot kicked off shortly after meeting and she already had ideas and could visuals what areas would photograph great. As this was my first ever photo shoot, I was nervous about posing and be awkward, but Tiffany was so friendly and guided me the entire way. She definitely knows what she is doing! It made me more comfortable that she would consult with her assistance about some shots and whether it would be good or not, or what lens to use, at that point I felt confident that she would do me proud. Beforehand, I made sure to have places in mind of where I wanted to take photos (around ASU campus) to not waste her time and to use as much natural light as possible, while in between she would do quick shots which I am glad she did because there were ideas I didn't have myself. She was fun to talk to and her assistant kept everything entertaining, I quite enjoyed their company. As the photo shoot ended, she let me know how I would receive the images and that she would provide details on printing them out, alas, told me when to expect the photos. The photo shoot happened a couple days before my graduation, but during my (virtual) graduation day Tiffany texted me a 'congratulations' text with a photo that she edited and that truly met a lot to me! One experience that stands out the most. Come a few days later, I received an email with my photos and the layout was impressive. She sent a link and as I opened it, lo and behold, a website with my photos were displayed. I could not contain my excitement as I went through all of them and could not believe how they turned out. I later emailed her thanking her immensely and how incredibly happy I was with her work! Tiffany Brock Photography brought my 2020 graduation, a milestone that took a while for me to reach, to life! I consider our photo shoot, my graduation ceremony and it was so special to me and thanks to her, my friends and family will be able to share in my excitement for years to come. The pictures were too light and we couldn't see the side of some peoples faces. She retouched them, but we still weren't happy. 2. The poses lacked creativity and were all in a line and not stacked. We had a lot of people, so the group photos were really wide and very unpractical to print and frame. All of our family was together and that doesn't happen very often, so the photos are priceless in that regard. I just expected more from a professional. 3. I asked for a contract when I reserved the time, but she said that she would bring it to the shoot. The price was higher than I expected with add ons that were probably reasonable, just unexpected. Not much I could do then as the pictures were taken and I wasn't going to do it again.
