They put in a note saying I could exchange it for another photo or get a refund. First, they knew it was a bad photo. They should've just refunded me and then offered me a different selection. Second, none of the other photos were good. They refused a refund so I had to dispute with my credit card. Scam

I didn't feel like my outfit was giving, but he made it work! He's very talented with not only capturing the right angles with the perfect lighting, but also with guiding you on how to pose (because I have zero experience). Ivory does not tell you about digital copies at all and it was a hassle to receive the few that we did. Their printed photographs are WAY over priced, but we didn't realize that until after the photos were taken. This can be seen on their website, where they do not post pricing for anything. The Photoshop and color grading on the final prints were also not my favorite, but they weren't terrible. They do get the second star because they were professional and efficient and the shots were well focused.
