She walked the space, created the exact list of everything we needed to do to get the house dialed in for the market. And this is where it gets really great! She hired/managed all the subs. Nicole was our buyer's agent about a year ago, and she was outstanding! Nicole really understood the market, was super knowledgeable about the neighborhoods that we were interested in, and had great advice about which houses were a good fit for us (layout, room to grow, commutes, etc.) I'm a finance professional, and I was especially impressed with Nicole's understanding of how to structure a competitive offer, good (and bad) banks and brokers to deal with, and closing on a good home. We just missed out on our first bid (to an all-cash offer), but we were very competitive. We found a great home a week later and our bid was accepted right away. Even better, Nicole kept us from over-paying tens of thousands of dollars in the middle of a hot market in Ballard. All said, I can't recommend Nicole too highly.
