I had my maternity shoot with Jessica and primarily communicated with Nicole. Both of my experiences were great! Nicole was very detailed in her explanations of everything to me. Nicole and Jessica are great. They're fast and efficient with their (and your) time without sacrificing quality. I took my maternity pictures at the grove along with my husband and FOUR dogs! Nicole did not flinch and captured several shots of the six of us posed and staring right at the camera. She offered lots of directions and made my husband and I feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. A few months later, we met Jessica for my daughter's 6-month photoshoot. The day before the shoot I provided Nicole with a few Pinterest ideas I liked, which Jessica was able to replicate in about 4/5 poses in a 10-minute window. It was the right amount of time before the little one got fussy. In both instances we received the pictures about a day (maybe two?) after the shoot and were thrilled with the results both times. I will say that their website is VERY THOROUGH. Most questions you can have will be answered there, it's just a lot of reading. If you require a little bit of hand holding (which is totally ok!) or are a bit indecisive then this studio may not be the right fit for you. I think it's a better fit for someone that has a good idea of what they want... It's also worth noting that I felt comfortable with their COVID precautions-- both photographers wore masks and they add buffers between sessions. read more

Got my pictures scheduled, taken and delivered to me edited, all within ONE WEEK. The pictures were sent literally the morning after I took them. That's unheard of in the photography world!! I procrastinated taking my maternity pictures heavily and Nicole was SO accommodating and had slots available even into the afternoon. She knew exactly how to pose my family and I to get the best photos and angles, helped me with a major wardrobe malfunction & did amazing with my 2 year old. Zero stars if all possible. Both these ladies were extremely rude and unprofessional. We were told to bring our own props for a birthday session and when we brought our props out she totally shut them down and automatically got an attitude and started preaching about her company policies and when we were even 10 mins early. So we decided not to use the props. Then all I needed to do is fix my son's hair and you can tell she was annoyed although it wasn't even time for our session yet. She didn't care about quality, back drop looked old and ragged out. Studio was super messy and dirty. Couch was full of stains and disgusting. All she cared about was finishing her 15 mins and rushing us out. We cancelled our session and then texted her to complain and all she did was disrespect us, bash us, and make it personal. If you are going to beg on social media that your bank account is sad and can't afford your rent you really need to change your attitude and communistic guidelines. I was a little apprehensive at first. My daughter wouldn't stop moving around, wouldn't sit or even look at the camera. I remember joking to my mom and telling her "well at least she's in the picture". Before we left I was told photos would take like 10 days for editing. I really left very sad thinking these pictures were a waste of money. I think I was like a day or two later that I received an email saying photos were ready for download. If I could have given Miss Lynn a score below 0 I would, the experience that I had with me Miss Lynn was nothing short of a bad nightmare. I called Miss Lynn after a family friend referred us to her she was very friendly and kind on the phone, she was also sympathetic to me as this was my rainbow baby. I arrived on time as she demands that you're at her home 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, she was not the one that took my photos her assistant did. Even then everything was great until I got my photos back and told her I was not satisfied with how some of the pictures came out. At no point did I asked for any monies back I just wanted to have a chance to get the pictures retaken. Miss. Lynn became hostile she told me I was stupid, illerate, and stated that I was a terrible mother and she would resend the pictures only if I paid her a resend fee of $50.When I decided to take my story about my experience with her business and how unethical she was she raised my resend fees to $100 I was behold hurt, she also stated that she deleted my daughter's 6 months photos.Please don't not use her choose we love photography by GiGi look her up on ig and Facebook she a bit more but you will get an everlasting experience. read more

I got pictures done by her a while ago for my daughter . I should have known since then that she was an uneducated , and disrespectful person . I made an appointment with her and I got another person on the day off . This was when she was still doing pictures at her house studio . They never posed my daughter and Jessica appeared to not care much and I had to pose my child just to be able to take some pictures . She was sitting the entire time when she was shooting the pictures ( What in the world ? ) They forwarded me pictures and after I viewed them , I contacted Nicole and let her know that it's not what we discussed ( Pinterest ideas and such ) and the quality was very low . She was very defensive and obviously didn't care much . She just ended the conversation by " Well did you get at least some good ones ? Then we are done here ) She cares for your money , not your pictures . She gives you a 20 minutes photo shoot that doesn't leave time to breath , let alone take pictures .
