She also booked an initial meeting with me 30 days in advance of closing, I called and emailed multiple times to try to find out why we had to meet 30 days ahead she never responded, just canceled the meeting the morning of, with no explanation. Grateful for our traveling title person who I switched to, she did an excellent job and I got exactly what I had asked for right at closing!
