She even provided some helpful tips on removing stubborn rust stains in the bathtub, helped clean furniture that we had assumed was a lost cause from the pet fur that comes with owning a St. Bernard, and was friendly throughout. They took some "before" and "after" pictures-- plus I asked if I could see what they sucked out of our vents at the end. The guys were super friendly, nice, and cleaned up their mess.
