This review is for a $240 deep clean on a small 900sqft home: They did not clean base boards as…read morepromised, they did not clean the laundry room at all, they didn't clean the foyer at all, I'm pretty sure they didn't even mop the floors anywhere is the house, there was bits of food in the kitchen sink so I'm pretty sure they didn't clean that either and they didn't vacuum near the walls in the house which was very apparent. Windows were untouched and dirty, microwave dirty, dust on mirrors in living room and tables so those were not cleaned at all. 5 wins for worst clean i have ever had on my house. Another private cleaning lady came in and cleaned the house again the very next day because you could not tell the house had been cleaned at all. I'm trying to imagine what they could have possibly done for 2 hours and 5 minutes with two people in my 900 sqft home, because they definitely weren't cleaning during that time. I couldn't even smell cleaning products when I entered the house. It's like I hired two people to hang out in my house for 2 hours. I do not recommend this very dishonest cleaning company. When I told my landlord about it she informed me that this company has a very bad reputation in Sioux Falls and this does not surprise her in the least bit. Here are pictures. I bought a cheap vacuum from Walmart and vacuumed the living room just to test it out and it sucked up so much dirt and hair that I immediately recorded it with my phone. How could this cheap vacuum suck up more than the maid did?! I had the blinds up that day and the sun hit the floor in a way that allowed me to see that they didn't fully mop the dining room either. I just moved to this state, I've had maids before with no problem. I'm very disappointed they overcharged and didn't even fully clean and took me for my money.
