This company does nothing but overcharge and under delivered. Few years ago I sent in my regular tax documents as requested by them months and months ahead not only to not be acknowledged, my calls and emails brushed off about whether my taxes would be done and why wasn't anyone getting to them for months. I had to call the last week and BEG one accountant who's the only one who would get back to be to do them for me cos no one was getting back to me for months just so I could get them done by the last day. Talk about stress and then slap me with a $850 bill. I had to beg them to finish their job and have someone else scramble last minute to get it done, after being a paying client for YEARS. Unacceptable. Furthermore , this company has made errors on my taxes & inattention to detail to causing reassessments yearsss later at my cost, only to be brushed off when asking them to fix their mistakes. I have paid for their services and given my money for many years to this company and when errors are made and trying to contact them to no end, they will not help you! They leave you high and dry and have zero conscience about it, none! The whole company including Behnam Nikbakhsh who is supposed to be a manager and oversaw my files, has been nothing but rude, negligent, unresponsive and has caused me so much unnecessary stress, frustration, money, and time it's astonishing. Do yourself a favor and hire a company who shows professionalism to their clientele and cares more then just to take your money for years and ignore you. Addendum - Furthermore I was finally contacted after this review was posted, to see if they could help me after the fact (a year later) in exchange for taking this review down. I handed over all of my private, highly sensitive financial information to this so-called tax preparation company after they promised a clear 3-week turnaround. It's now been over 3 MONTHS, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Oh, except when the assistant called to ask "if I was still interested in their services. Smh. Unbelievable. Outside of that, no updates, no responses to calls or emails, no explanation. Just silence. They have completely ghosted me. At this point, I am deeply concerned that this is a scam operation.
