After interviewing for jobs that didn't fit my skill set and signing up to countless amounts of temp agencies, I finally came across Office Team in Shelton CT. I have been to many temp agencies before and all made me feel like just a number. The people at office Team showed true professionalism while making me feel like a person. They made it cleared that they cared about both their clients and their candidates. I first worked with a woman named Christine F. who kept me informed about potential job opportunities. Later I got a call from Pat Zingarella telling me that I had an interview with a company that I was praying to have the opportunity to work for.I interviewed and started temping for the company. Unlike most agencies who just put you in a temp position and forget about you and who can't even remember so much as your name, Pat would call and check on me all the time. He would always ask how things were going and if there was anything he could do for me. He wanted to ensure that the job was a good fit for not only me but for the company I was temping for. I am happy to say; I got an offer from that company, for more money than expected. I am truly blessed to have worked with office Team and their staff. TERRIBLE. Signed up 8 months ago. Spent hours there filling out paperwork and interviewing with…read morethem. NEVER received calls on jobs from them so I called on several jobs I saw posted my self. Never same contact people there, so ended up speaking to at least 7 different people to find out job details or leaving messages in which NO ONE called back. I have many years professional experience and to hear absolutely nothing from them on any jobs is impossible. Definitely do not recommend. Total waste of time and much effort.
