Ben had purchased our old washer and dryer from a for sale website and seemed like a great guy. I saw some tree service power equipment on his trailer. I asked him about it and he gave me several of his business cards and told me to call him if ever we needed a tree service. I texted him Sunday and he answered on Monday eve. Said he'd be here on Tuesday. He didn't come. I texted him on Tuesday eve and he said the rain slowed him down again but said he would be here Weds "for sure". I made another appointment for today. Ben promised to come today after 3 PM. (It was a perfect non-rainy fall day so no rain excuses) and it's dark now at about 7:30 pm and he hasn't shown up. At no time EVER did he call to explain that he couldn't be here so we spent the whole day waiting for him to come to no avail. If you need a tree service, go somewhere else if your time means anything to you.

They also scheduled an appointment to cut down my neighbors tree so when they were there I told them to go ahead on mine. One of the main trunks was over an electrical line. I watched them dismantle the tree and get everything to the ground. Quite amazing. I did not request a clean up as I will do tht and save the wood. Very satisfied with the speed and professionalism. His drum mulcher turned my dead zone into a thickly mulched park area! His equipment is top notch same as his workmanship. He saved me from years of work in just a few hours. I already plan to have him out again. In the meantime I have a walkable and drivable section healthy pines trees to enjoy. I highly recommend!
