At this point I have come to Belgium enough to pick out a few familiar terms, but I would have liked to be able to see what other dishes they had. Had to aggressively flag down waiter whenever we needed something. they also charge €1.80 for tap water. This place is popular enough even for locals that one can't get in without reservations. From the outside, it didn't appear to have tomato sauce at all cause the sauce was brown, but found that it was inside the ball. The service was fast, friendly, efficient, and welcoming (Thank You, Mia, great job!). The prices were fair and comparable to the area, 22€ for the Pesto Genovese, and 21€ for the Ragú Bianco. They have a large wine list, and a full bar. All and all, a big win, I would be happy to return. Ghent's Osteria Delicate, Five-Stars.
