horrible communication even from the start when reserving tables/cabanas. there was a new problem every call. asked for inside dining they ended up giving us two cabanas we did not ask for. The brunch experience was horrible. Food was cold. they charged us for 17 people, even though there was 15 guests. server failed to bring multiple things to our tables. The server brought us the wrong check then 30 minutes later brings us the right check that cost it even more money. Leaving us with about 500 more dollars to pay. Expressing this dissatisfaction to the manager, he said it couldn't be changed or accommodated even thought it was their fault for bringing the wrong check in the first place. this place brought a lot of stress and confusion please do not have a celebration here if you're having a large party. read more

The ambiance is 5 stars, from the moment you walk in- all the details are flawlessly executed. They even had live entertainment-- a beautiful dancer that was the cherry on top! My friend and I had an amazing experience particularly thanks to our sweet & attentive server Adeli, she gave great suggestions and knew the menu very well- she honestly didn't skip a beat! The general manager, Bobby made it extra special by checking in with us regularly as well to ensure we had a great experience altogether. 5/5 stars for their service! To top it off- the food and cocktails were both delicious! Can't go wrong with the chicken & waffles or the lobster Benedict! Do yourself a favor and get the butter cake too -- delishhhh!!! I recently visited Nigel's for my friends baby shower. What a perfect spot for a party like that. The decor was amazing! So many cute details and lovely ambiance. I had tried the buffet that was provided and tasted the breakfast burrito & some bacon. The food was ok but overall the whole experience was amazing. Cute drinks and such a fun and vibrant atmosphere. I will definitely return to check out the rest of the regular menu. It's the perfect spot to gather with your girlfriends. Nigel's had such a cool vibe warm, stylish, and inviting. The service was attentive and friendly from start to finish, and the food was absolutely delicious. We started with the crispy fried green beans and the tomato soup, both packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. Came to Nigel's yesterday afternoon for after church family brunch. We were initially seated at a nice waterfront table where we ordered a bottle of sparkling water from our first server, Brithany. After a few minutes, we realized we were too hot since the table was directly in the sun, and asked to move. A hostess helped us move to the interior part of the restaurant and we had a new server. Instead of putting the water we ordered on our new check, our first waitress came by our table and asked us to pay for our water. We were really put off about being asked to pay for an $8 water before we had even had the opportunity to enjoy our experience. Not sure if this is a restaurant policy, but it was really awkward and uncomfortable. We should've asked to speak to a manager, but we just wanted to enjoy ourselves. Thankfully, our second server, Jessica, was lovely and accommodating. She was able to turn it around and because of this, we will come back again. read more

Went to Nigel's last weekend to celebrate a friends birthday! The ambiance is perfect to celebrate any occasion , every corner with such an instagram worthy background. Even the dishes come out with a bit of sparkle, i had the chilaquiles which were delicious!! One of the managers named Gabby came by to check on us on several occasions just to make sure everything was going splendidly , truly appreciate when the management team makes it a point to ensure that service is as top notch as the atmosphere. Gabby was so sweet, professional and made sure that all details went smoothly for our birthday girl, I noticed her doing the same for the tables around our party. I have only given one 1, but last nights experience was worthy of even less. I couldn't wait to take friends from out of town to experience the cute pink restaurant that I've enjoyed a few times before. We had reservations and arrived early, but weren't seated for at least 25 minutes after our reservation time and a manager acknowledge our waiting and mentioned it was unacceptable and sat us himself. We sat there for over 10 minutes, unacknowledged by a server and another five minutes, probably passed before we even received water. Knowing they were busy, we placed our full order, including our entree, appetizers and drinks at one time. We sat for close to a half an hour before a manager, walked by and asked if everything was OK, to which we responded we'd love to get our appetizers! Once they showed, we enjoyed the charcuterie, but honestly, the deviled eggs were a little blah. Once we finished it was about a half an hour later the third manager came by and asked if everything was good tonight to which we all responded emphatically NO! We still didn't have our meals. We considered ordering Postmates and having it delivered to our table! We overheard him commenting to a server that our meals were in for over 35 minutes but he never came back to acknowledge us or let us know It was on its way. The food arrived and it was not good. 3 of the plates were wrong. The salmon was dry and my friend was so hungry she ate it anyway, but then was sorry afterwards. I had the burger and only ate about half of it. It was dry and didn't taste like it had before in the past. I always try to give the server some grace however, in this case she came across this disinterested unengaged and had almost a sad demeanor to her. She only visited our table 2 or three times and at one point I asked for water and she said more? Like how dare I ask for more water. That will probably be a long-standing joke in our friend group. Honestly, I doubt if I'll ever return, it was just so disappointing. read more

We had a reservation for dinner at 7:15pm for a friend's birthday and after checking in, we were told it would be about 15 minutes as the last party was finishing up. About 30 minutes pass and we check with the host who apologizes and says it'll be ready in about 15 minutes. After an hour past our reservation time, we check in again to see if we're going to be seated or not since everyone's hungry and just wants to get some food. The host apologizes and says it'll be two minutes to bus our table and after talking to her manager, she says we'll have some complimentary champagne for the inconvenience. This sounds great and we finally get seated and set with some menus. Another 20 minutes pass without anyone checking in on us, getting us waters, or even introducing themselves as our servers (and obvs no champagne in sight). At this point we left since god knows how long it would've taken to get our order. This place is very cute aesthetically, but needs major work on dealing with high levels of business. Time limits for parties or just being up front and saying how long it's actually going to take to get seated would be nice. We would've loved to try some of the cute drinks, but after this experience, I think all of us are good. If you're thinking of booking a table for celebration, especially on a weekend, try literally any of the other restaurants in the area - at least they won't leave you hanging! read more

Alexia was very good throughout the brunch. She got all our orders correctly except one drink n it's bar- tenders fault. The Brunch food were good esp. the charcuterie board, the meat were not salty. The avocado toast n pink waffle ( chicken just ok) The fillet mignon was good. Disappointed with our Sea-bass ( we ordered two. It's very salty on the top n not as fresh . I've eaten sea-bass better in other restaurants. I'll comeback for brunch only. We're there for 3 hours and the owner Nigel said he'll stop by our Cabana but never showed up. We came to Nigel's today expecting a better experience. The ambiance and aesthetic is so pretty and pink, but the service was mid. We made a reservation for a floating table but when we got there they said they don't have a permit yet so we couldnt sit there, which is fine but also false advertisement. They said they will seat us at "better" table but this table started leaking water at the top which got all over our food and drinks, thank goodness we were almost done with our food but all they did was give us a new drink. They also only filled the drink to the middle which i think was bad customer service, it should've at least been filled all the way for our inconvenience. We also order shots and a spritzer, the spritzer took 30 min to arrive and we never received the shot, one of the men with a blazer came to our table to ask if everything was fine and we explained the water issue and that we still haven't received our drinks. The waitress came back and said she forgot to order the shots. At this point i said forget the shots we'll take the bill. They never offered to give us a discount for the food that we didn't get to take home because the water got all over it. The place was very cute but service and wait time wasn't. read more

The place itself was fun and cute, we just went for appetizers and drinks and brought our own cake since we have an allergy requirement and they weren't able to tell us on the phone if they had anything to order for dessert we could have. So we got charged a $4 cake cutting fee (they didn't tell us before but I did assume they had one) the wild thing to me was they charged a fee for my baby as well even though she obviously didn't have any cake anyways. Wonderful! What a fantastic day we had! The decor was so pretty! We had a booth right at the windows with a great view of Marina Pacifica. Our server was wonderful and so up beat! So fun! The food was really good. There was four of us. Three ordered the chicken picada and one had meat loaf. Meat loaf was gone in a few minutes! He loved it ! The chicken was really goodas well. Two large pieces of boneless chicken filets with tortellini and a lemon sauce. All three of us took some home! Very nice! My only suggestion....I wish we had some bread and butter to start with...or oil and balsamic vinegar. But still... very good meal! And we all split the butter cake which comes warm with vanilla ice cream and dots of strawberry and raspberry sauces! Excellent! After lunch, because we were all there for the first time.....so we got a 20 minute Duffy Boat ride! And by captained by Nigel himself. His staff was all busy so he jumped into help. Very impressive! Nigel and Bobby came by our table a few times to make sure all was well. The boat ride was perfect. A perfect ending to a perfect lunch with friends! I loved it am will definitely be returning! You might want to reconsider coming here--even with reservations. We had a 6:45 p.m. reservation for a birthday dinner in one of the cabanas, which requires a $500 minimum spend plus a $100 tip before tax. At 7:10, the manager finally came out to apologize and told us it would be "just 10 more minutes," yet another 20 minutes went by with no updates or communication. Despite confirming our reservation, we weren't seated until 7:45. The only reason we stayed was because it was our birthday girl's wish to try this place and experience the cabana. For a restaurant that enforces both a minimum spend and a time limit, you'd expect smoother operations and better respect for scheduled reservations--especially for special occasions. Everything from the ambiance, food and service was above and beyond. My best friend and I even came to celebrate our birthdays with our three kids under three years old and they catered to us completely making sure we were ok and the kids were well taken care of. They understood what it felt like to dine with younger kids. The restaurant was absolutely beautiful with stunning pink details everywhere. I would recommend this place over and over. We will definitely be back. We ordered the crab cakes, flamingo hummus, three kids meals (chicken tenders & fries, grilled cheese and Mac n cheese) and we ordered the chicken and steak trio. EVERYTHING was cooked and prepared to perfection. Lastly, they brought out two s'mores birthday ice cream with roasted marshmallows on top to celebrate our birthdays. If you're looking for dinner and an immersive performance art piece titled "Chaos, But Make It Pink," Nigel's is absolutely your spot. We went on opening weekend, bright-eyed, hopeful, and foolishly excited for the floating booths (yes, those Instagrammable little pods of joy). We requested them in advance, only to be told upon arrival, "Oh... those aren't in use." Why? Earthquake? Mercury in retrograde? The stench of the canals ruining the vibe? Who knows - Nigel's certainly didn't. But fine, it was opening weekend. We told ourselves, Let them live. They're figuring it out. Except the vibe inside wasn't "opening weekend." It was "group project where no one did their part and everyone's scrambling to look busy." Service was slow, but the attitude was not. When I flagged down our waitress for help, she responded with the kind of pretentious, full-bodied snootiness I haven't experienced since the last time I accidentally walked into a Beverly Hills boutique in sweatpants. At one point, I just gave up and started ordering straight from the bar like some wandering, thirsty pilgrim. We figured, okay, they'll get better. Dear Reader... they did not. Round two: this past weekend. Reservation: 4:45 PM. Check-in: 4:35 PM. Response: "Your table is still being cleared, but go ahead and wait at the bar, we'll text you!" By 5:00 PM, the only thing we were being served was delusion, so I went to check in. That's when I was informed the WiFi was down; apparently at Nigel's, stable internet is critical to... seating people? The hostess bravely decided to go see if the table existed in real life. Thankfully, it did. We were finally led to our seats, which gave us a moment to appreciate Nigel's avant-garde approach to furniture proportions: high chairs for low tables, low chairs for high tables, and everything arranged like a Willy Wonka factory. And then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. Eighteen minutes passed with no acknowledgment from a single server. When I let the hostess know, she went to speak with a woman with a blonde updo (you know the type) behind the bar, who looked at us the way a cat looks at a vacuum cleaner: part fear, part judgment, all hostility. Then the hostess consulted someone in a truly outrageous blazer fit only for a Bahamas game show host from the 80s, who claimed, with a confidence I genuinely admire, that we had been helped. Because apparently, having a drink at the bar while waiting for our table counts as being served at the table. Nigel's is rewriting the rules of time, space, and service. At that point, even the hostess gave up on us. So we got up and walked out. From what we saw, they're either wildly understaffed or impressively unorganized. Possibly both. Not to mention all the oomph of the place is clearly not driven by sustainability. Why my fork and knife need a pinstriped cardboard envelope I'll never know. Because the food never came. The only consistent worker in sight was the bartender, sprinting gallons of ice back and forth like she was training for the Hospitality Olympics. In Conclusion: Nigel's has major potential - potential to be great, or potential to be studied in business schools as a case study on how not to launch a restaurant. Time will tell. Until then, I'll be dining anywhere else. read more

I had been looking forward to celebrating my birthday there on 28 February 2026 we were scheduled our party was there from five till about 8 o'clock. Whoever was the manager that evening treated us terribly. There was a party of 10 of us and one of us wanted to talk to the manager about the drink had a really bad taste and she came out and just rolled her eyes, shook her head and said I'm sorry we can't do anything about it.
