Here is my experience with this company. I asked them to install a propane heater in my home. The…read moreheater they installed was unvented which as the instruction manual stated, is unsafe to be left unattended in a sleeping space which is where it was installed. Now, I will take some of the blame here as I could have researched the heater they planned to install before they did it. However I believed I could trust their professional recommendation to be safe for use which it was not. They told me in order to replace the heater I would need to order one myself and they would replace it for me. I did so, at additional cost. The new heater smelled like gas immediately after installation. I texted them to ask if they had checked for gas leaks and received no response. About a month later, the heater stopped working and the whole house smelled like gas. I asked again about fixing it and was told it was not under warranty and they could take a look but would bill me more for it. Since I had lost confidence in them I said no. If you already know a lot about heaters including which one you need and how to maintain it they may be able to install it for you, but if you aren't already an expert I would look elsewhere.

The estimate given by Juan was significantly lower than any other companies, and he had 2 guys here by 8:30 am on Wednesday morning, by 8pm Thursday night the old boiler and all of the plumbing and wiring was gone, and a brand new, state of the art boiler was in place, AND we had heat in all 4 zones with unlimited hot water as well. The dedication of these men, and the quality of their work was amazing, as well as the professionalism shown to my family. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company.

First of all, regretfully, I hardly ever do reviews. With that said, this was by far the best…read moreplumbing experience I have had since living in Northern NY. I requested an estimate on Friday morning. Jordan reached out really quickly, and said he could come look at 4pm that day. I had a quote Saturday morning and by that afternoon we had agreed on a time on Monday to fix it. Saturday night he reached out and said he could come at 9am on Sunday to fix my hot water tank. Even better! He showed up on time (which is rare now-a-days) and got right to work. Upon inspection of the new tank he noticed a dent, which he did not like. He drove all the way back to Watertown to exchange it and being a new one back. They were still done before noon. I now have a new go to for my plumbing and heating. Thank you for the great experience. I couldn't recommend them more I should also mention, Jordan was the only one to respond to me, and I called 3 others.
