It is not straight which causes the zipper to ripple. Also, the vinyl was damaged during zipper replacement. My bag came back looking like a knock off. I am honestly wondering if it is my original bag as mine has so much damage and curiously, this resale shoe suddenly has my exact same bag on the shelf. Note my bag was not in bad condition...just needed a zipper and end tab for crossbody carrying. I intend to ask for a refund and send my bag to Louis Vuitton for it to be corrected after this aweful experience. Small claims court may be necessary.

I decided to go into the store after Christmas to see what I could find and to be sure that it would fit. Unfortunately, it was after the holiday and the selection was minimal. I returned the jacket and let them refund her credit card. She then sent the credit to me and I held it until this year. I looked on line and saw some very nice NEW items so I placed my order using the XL size from last year. This time the jacket was floating on me and was way too big. I called customer service on Tuesday, returned the jacket on Wednesday and had my new jacket (size Large) by Friday. This thing is absolutely gorgeous and I am totally pleased with the quality.
