I was mostly inquiring about how I could purchase replacements and I did not see them on their website. My form submission was almost immediately responded to with an automated email and ticket number. The next day Missy from Customer Service reached out with some questions and we exchanged a few emails with pictures of the issue before providing my mailing address. My best case scenario would be that they mail me a few base pads or tell me how I could order them. The other day 4x brand new 47D Magazines arrived.
