The family really enjoyed Nihori ... located just off the A1 as you head up towards Orvieto.
The restaurant was bright and spacious on the inside - we came for lunch on a Thursday and there were about 12 tables full.
Many menu choices of sushi, sashimi, cut and hand rolls, ramen and such. Good beer and wine menu too. They have a €12 lunch special but we opted for the ala cart choices. Every thing was fresh and very tasty -- sashimi assorted was only €9 euro for about 12 pieces, gyoza was great as was the pork ramen our son ordered. For rolls we had one spicy salmon and one spicy Cali roll.
Service and ambience was good, prices very reasonable. Add that to the large selection and fresh ingredients and Nihori was an easy 4.5 stars! read more
