Today Hair Salon looked like the next best thing, the salon is fresh and appealing on the outside, clean and professional on the inside. They had time, prices are CHEAP for a nice looking place (just $19 for a ladies cut!) and the girls were really nice and friendly when I came in unexpected and with no appointment. I can't recall who cut my hair, but she did a great job. I only wanted a trim, and she managed that. She didn't cut off too much, she didn't stuff my layers, she kept the style the way my gorgeous Astin has it (Toni K Salons) and she communicated with me constantly to make sure she hadn't gone too far. All in all a pleasing experience. If I didn't already have my own pro, I'd be tempted to go back. Offering nail therapies now including acrylic and gel nails, manicures and pedicures and polishes.

The staff are quite chatty and there's usually a tea or coffee involved in longer appointments! They are creative and they work well with what you want from them in regards to hair styles. I have walked in with a style in mind and got exactly what I was aiming for. And I have walked in and told them to do whatever they want, and they have not disappointed me yet !. I've always walked out of there with a smile and satisfied with my cuts and will continue to go back there for a long time to come.

You know the kind, they've all got the black and white, half wiped out $10 signs. Walking into what I thought looked like the best one, I was approached by two young and enthusiastic hair dressers. As one was female, she eagerly took my daughter by the hand when I explained she was shy and nervous and made the whole process into a little girls pampering wonderland! Kylie, the hairdresser, made my daughter feel like a 'big girl' Princess, out spoiling herself doing 'girly' things with mummy. Sitting her on the biggest seat and calling it her throne, I was honestly amazed that on a Saturday morning Kylie the hairdresser had more patience and ability with my child than her kinder teachers. My daughter's long thick hair was shaped and thinned a bit and I was really happy with the end result. Most of all, I was so greatful that my fill in find didn't manage to destroy any future salon visits with my daughter! In fact, she's actually told me she'd prefer to go here. Really great service, and the final result was exactly what I'd asked for. Two thumbs up. :)
