This place is an absolute nightmare for a trucker. The yard space is VERY TIGHT!!! There are trailers along the fence making it damn near impossible to turn around, forcing you to do a blind side back between closely put together trailers that are against the building. I am a single father I was working there .I never called in sick or even took a bathroom break. I was told that production rate was up since I started there. I was praised for being a hard worker by staff and management. I complained about racist and discrimination remarks etc..that was made by management and employees. I informed management that I felt my job was being threatened. I also contacted Nikes speak up portal the previous day and was told I have nothing to worry about 10 minutes later I was being escorted out by security with no reason or explanation of what I did wrong .
