I decided to help support a small local business after going to the farmers market when I visited Dallas. I purchased this bracelet yesterday and noticed the clasp became undone not three hours after my purchase. I hadn't gotten my arms wet or stay too long in any amount of heat. I reached out to customer service for Niki Smith Designs and they said they cannot do anything to fix it and won't offer an exchange because the item was on sale. Products are SUPER POOR QUALITY. Do NOT waste your money. Do NOT buy jewelry from here. Amazon has a better return policy and their similar products last so much longer. Their lack of concern for new items purchased is disheartening. I was really hopeful based on the reviews but feel like I completely wasted my money. I knew when they promised their jewelry wouldn't tarnish but offered only a 30 day return policy and a super short warranty on their products, I shouldn't get it but their online reviews made me go for it. I saw these pieces everywhere in at the Dallas Farmers Market, but the other stores in the Market and Shed were not able to tell me the metal type, so I stopped off at the storefront under the Harvest Loft. The young lady was very helpful and shared that unless the pieces say "waterproof" she recommend taking off the piece when washing your hands; otherwise the piece will tarnish. The jewelry, despite looking beautiful, are costume jewelry and are either sterling or gold plated. Tarnish and the possibility of an allergic reaction to plated jewelry made me pass despite the reasonable prices and pretty designs. For those who can wear costume jewelry, this line is a good inexpensive alternative because the pieces does look real. read more

I came into their store near the Dallas Farmers Market this weekend while visiting from San Francisco and I LOVED their jewelry!
