In each case, I was treated with the utmost professionalism (not sure what some of these other posters are talking about here!). I continue to use their services and I will do so well into the future. I cannot laud them enough! For the record, the reason for the approximate three separate dealings over about two years or more is related to issues with the unit, and NOT their poor workmanship. In each case, the team took care of me right away, including a few days before Christmas, when I had water in my basement from the heating unit and NO heat or hot water! They fit me into their schedule and we had a warm holiday! In each incident, they worked diligently to secure the part from the manufacturer and came to my home as soon as possible thereafter. Each time, they managed to get the unit working again until the new replacement part arrived. I have now decided to replace the unit and stop dumping funds into this six-year old unit that has been what I would call a "lemon," since day 1. While the unit was under warranty (5-years), I could deal with paying their labor fees instead of replacing the unit, but now I must pay for the parts and the labor and it became cost prohibitive when compared to the installation of a new unit. I have had dealings with the team with credit cards over the phone, cash payments in person, and they are always pleasant, respectful and conscientious. For the few naysayers, everyone has a bad day, every once in a while, and the customer does not always understand THEY may be having a bad day and how it affects those with whom they are dealing. I find KAEBLE Energy to be honest and they have always proven to me they are there to me help me in my time of need. I will continue to support this company for the foreseeable future.
